Asus Strix 980 - question about fan RPM.

Hello. I have question. When i first time plug my Asus Strix 980 and install drivers, GPUZ says that fan speed on idle is 4%. Strange. Because now on idle i have always 0%. Can somebody tell me why earlier was 4% fan speed on idle?
