There benchmark is different because they have an higher end CPU.
It might be unstable NVIDIA drivers or possibly needs registry cleaning.

You must uninstall the NVIDIA drivers by using driver sweeper first:

If its only for BF3 you only have troubling with, try re installing the game or change to restore settings on NVIDIA control panel.
