Asus Strix GTX 1080 + Gears of War 4 Promo

Im from the Philippines, i just bought an ASUS Strix GTX 1080-8G-Gaming and i would like to avail the Gears of war 4 promo. but there is a problem

when i go to the website: http://www.asus.com/event/vga/gears-of-war-4/ it says:

If you encounter any redemption issues, please visit here ( https://rog.asus.com/forum/sendmessage.php?_ga=1.61427566.394763871.1460266046)
and follow below steps for redemption.

okay so i fill the requirements but after clicking send it says: Ungültige Weiterleitungs (Invalid redirect.)

i also sent an email with my requirements to this address: rog_forum@asus.com with Subject: Gears of War 4 Bundle Redemption, but nobody is replying 😞

Can anybody please help me so i can avail the Gear of war 4 promo? thank you very much

As what is stated in my first post in this thread, that is what i have done. and have received the message:

When i try to complete the steps using the following in the website/link that you gave

1.) Agree terms & conditions and download ASUS game promotion authenticator Log in and ...
2.) Log in and register
3.) Fill in SN & PPID and upload valid invoice

so i enter my SN and PPID, select philippines as country and then upload my valid invoice. then after clicking next this will popup:

Your country/region is not available for following redemption process. If you encounter any redemption problem, please kindly provide your product serial number, PPID, a valid receipt* and send to rog_forum@asus.com. Please also clearly state the game title in the title of mail. (*Please provide a valid receipt with clear show of date of purchase and upload it to any cloud space, for example Dropbox, WeTransfer, ASUS Webstorage and provide a download URL.)

I have already email rog_forum@asus.com, with the subject: "Gears of War 4 Bundle Redemption", but nobody is replying

I'm in Thailand. I also face the issue when try to get the redeem code. I can not pass to step 4. After apply all information in step 3 then click next,
I've got the error message as I capture below.

I have emailed ROG and I have not received an email reply for 2 weeks. This is upsetting.

I get this error too. Im in Australia, I've sent msg off too and have not heard anything back.
