Hello,
I just purchased this card and haven’t been able to test it fully yet but it makes a strange noise that comes and goes and I’m wondering if this is normal or if it’s defective. I have tested everything and it’s not coming from my liquid pump or other fans but indeed from the graphics card.
Could you please watch the 3 videos and give me your advice please?
I have already created a support ticket and am waiting for their feedback.
Thank you very much

Continue down the support avenue as you are doing, certainly seems odd given in the initial video the noise can be heard but with no active fans, therefore no moving parts

Hi @jontrd
Let us know the outcome. As the fans are not spinning when the noise occurs, is it possible some vibration somewhere?

I only replaced the graphics card of my RTX4090 with an RTX5090 in the same slot without making any other adjustments. What should I do according to you? I am of course waiting for feedback from support. thx
