I received my second "repurposed" card after my first one sent by ASUS was faulty and untested. The new GPU that was sent getting around 80 degrees C whenever I try and do any gaming and is very loud. I am also getting stuttering in the video whenever it gets above around 60 degrees C. I have all drivers updated and all connections are secure in PC so not sure what the issue could be here. Is this normal for these GPUs or was I possibly sent another bad "repurposed" GPU that did not go through full testing? Any suggestions or anything appreciated, thank you.
