Asus Matrix 780 Ti - LED-Light Problem

Hi there,

i just got my new Matrix Card and have some issue with the LED-Light.
Before starting any game it doesnt light up, after starting a game it lights up red permanent, also after the game is closed.
But red light means officially that the GPU is on high Using, but i took a look on the GPU-Tweak, which shows 8 -10 %, even lower usuage.

what can the problem be ?
