Asus GTX680 direct CUII TOP

Hey guys, I've installed this card about a week ago but never got a chance to use it cause I was busy overclocking my CPU. Anyways I installed the card and installed the latest driver package from nvidia. Anyways, installed some games. Battle field 3. Guild wars 2, need for speed most wanted 2012, hit man absolution. every game runs for about 5 mins then crashes wdf...... RAGE. I crank the god dam fan speed up to 100% and the games still crash? I'm stuck and I'm not sure what to do. Temps are like 60ish when I play all games on ultra. I tried to down clock the card but it would still freeze up or driver would crash. Sighs what to so guys? If I return it so I have to go through asus or do I go through where I got it from. My system is stable I've done stress test and memory test and everything is sweet aswell. so I'm not sure what's causing the card to keep crashing.
I also changed the power settings. from control panel and power options from the nvidia software, I went to bios and cranked up the igpu load line 140% and some other option to extreme. Stil.... Fails on me.

i had the same problem i turned down my speeds and installed the driver from the DCT or the overcloced one it was oldder than trhe one i had installed .23 vs .97
turned game settings to 8x restricted fps
and it worked after that pretty well

also turning the memory clock up to 7700 seemed to help just look at gpu tweak n see whats getting maxed out and adjust

also then iturned of v-sync and everything was fine
