Asus Gtx 980 Strix - again issue with clicking noise from fan.

Hello. I bought my next ( second ) Asus Strix 980 and again i have issue with one of the fans. On 3d mode when fans starts spinning i can hear a clicking noise. One of the fans its hitting something and i am hearing clicking noise. This is my second Asus Strix 980 with the same problem. I must again RMA? This is ridiculous. This is my second card with the same problem. I have 3third Asus Strix 980 and card and fan is fine without clicking noise. So i got 2x Strix 980 with clicking noise. What to do now? RMA 2cards?

Use a monitoring program to read the GPU's RPM. How fast is the fan spinning when you hear this clicking?

When i start game or run 3dmark when fan just starts spinning i can hear a clicking noise. No matter what RPM.

Does the clicking noise stop?

No stop. Its always when i am on 3d when fans are running . That noise is coming from one of the fans. When i exit 3dmark or game, clicking noise is gone. That issue and noise i have on 2x 980 Strixs. My third Strix 980 is fine without that noise. So i must RMA 2 cards from a row?

Inspect the are around the fans. Verify that nothing is getting in the fan's way especially wires and such.

Shop just ordered for me new card. New card working fine without clicking noise. Now is ok.
