ASUS GTX 780 TI DCII OC - Voltage locked?

Hey.

Im having slight issue with my few day old 780 TI DCII OC card & want to ask if other users of this model been experiencing same thing. The problem is that cant seem to be able to adjust voltage at all. Default 3D/load voltage of the card is 1.175v, but example with asus gpu tweak when increase the volts +75 the load volts still remains at same 1.175v. Also tried with afterburner and evga precision x and result was same.

I had reference TI card before this and with that one i got volts from stock 1.16v to 1.21v. So now im wondering if this asus model is voltage locked or something?

Greetings.

Joni

Here is example pic of gpu tweak:

Don't know if this will help or not but I will post it.

her the newest >>Build 1.27<< unlocks 1,21v
Problem then it always runs on 1.21 v and can not become regulated down
We need the DCU II OC BIOS from Asus that allows us to increase v to 1.21.
But that can only implement Asus.
So which one original 1,17-1.18 v but also increase to 1.21 v can

The card would need a hardware Mod to take voltage above 1.2v, as stated the card is LOCKED. That said here you go, for anyone willing to walk the line

Dont think will bother start tweaking card bios, need to sort out first why cant adjust voltage at all via softwares. I tried yesterday and seems like im not even able to downvolt it.

If you still have precision x installed you could set the voltage of your gpu to show in the on screen display and see if the voltage is ramping up past 1.175v when you are below 70c.

I'm having the same problem here, has anyone been able to set the voltage higher than 1.175 since the last post? I'm stuck at 1.175 even with custom bios on the directcu ii 780 ti. It's really boring since i'm on water and temps haven't gone past 45C so i'd be thankful if someone have come up with a solution to this locked voltage nonsense.
