ASUS GPU Tweak III power limit only 100%

I have RTX 5080 Astral OC, i can only increase voltage but not power limit. Why? I have corsair RM1000x 2024 ATX 3.1 PSU and Asus ROG Hero x870e mobo if that matters.

I am also curious about this, not just GPU Tweak is hard set at 100% but afterburner too.  These cards are OC beast and basically lets us max out the memory OC, not sure why its power limiting them.

Yes, also tried MSI Afterburner but it's the same - can't increase power limit

Yes, originally I had an older version but ended up downloading the latest and had the same issue.

On the GPU Tweak using the astral 5080 can you change the speed of the top fan different then the lower fans?  Heard that its noisy compared to other cards.

Kinda,  you can set a fan curve for each set the top and lower middle together and then the bottom left and right can have a fan curve set together.  So basically top and middle are paired along with lower left and lower right.
