1. Can you make sure Enhance Overclocking Range is ticked.

2. Are you using the supplied 12VHPWR adapter or a native cable / third-party adapter? Ensure the cable is fully inserted and the power LED indicator on the GPU is not red when the system is powered on.

i don't have it 12VHPWR cable, i am asking.i was making on clo3d its closed again and again. why it happes? if get 12VHPWR than it will not close again?

Take a photo of the card and power adapter when the system is powered up.

Have you tried without using a riser?
