Asus GeForce RTX 5070 Prime OC not working

I got my new card today and put it in the system and there is a constant red light on when the pc is turned off and goes away on start up, i can hear windows load but nothing goes to the monitor, no signal. the fans turn for a tiny bit on start up and no more. I have tried bios update and chip set. tried different cables no luck and tried different drivers no luck either.
I was wondering if it was maybe a psu issue but i have a rm750i which is more than the 650 that is recommended.
Please help, been tearing what's left of my hair out trying to fix it.

My specs are
Tuf gaming x570 plus Motherboard
5800X3D CPU
RM750I PSU

The red LED indicates that insufficient power is being supplied.

You appear to be using the included 12VHPWR/12V2x6 to 2x PCIe 6+2-pin adapter.
You should connect each PCIe connector on the Adapter with a separate cable and not a Y-cable.

Check that all power cables are properly and fully plugged in.

Thank you i will try that, is someone able to confirm a static red light is a power issue and not a blinking one. i have read conflicting answers on that. also would the light go off when i start my pc if it was still a power issue ?

Ok update it is not a power issue, my problem was none of my DP cables would work with the card. i could only get it to work with a hdmi cable. Once into windows my pc wouldnt recognise the card. I had to download older vga drivers, im going to see if i can now get it to work over Display Port

Update 2 im really losing patience with it. no red light now but my card will only work with one monitor, every time i plug another one in the card goes blank and then wont even work with the monitor that was working. i have to unplug the graphics card and then the one monitor will work but will only work with one.
what is going on is it the card or is it drivers ?

Hello SAF11

It could possibly be the driver.

There was a new Nvidia driver released yesterday that fixed quite a few bugs.
