I consider to buy ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 ROG STRIX LC OC 24GB DLSS 3,

is it worth buying?

it will be better choice than Asus RTX 4090 ROG STRIX OC 24GB DLSS 3 for better perfomance?

Tech Specs these cards are the same (OC mode: 2640MHz (Boost clock) Default mode: 2610MHz (Boost clock)

I have Corsair iCUE700X RGB, so it shouldnt be any problem to install the card in this case , even in vertical mode

The cards are well matched, however, the LC will have the better boost out of the box and run cooler and quieter.
