Hello everyone,
I joined this community because I'm experiencing an issue with a recently purchased Asus RTX 3080 TI LC (via eBay). The graphics card is extremely loud, and the problem is not with the fans but with the water pump. It seems to run continuously, generating approximately 33 decibels at my desk.
Is there any way to control the water pump?
Is this loud humming normal for the graphics card?
I've heard in various forums and videos that the card can be quite loud, but such noise for a card of this cost is almost ridiculous. Do you have a solution for me, or would it be advisable to sell the card again?

By the Way: On the card, there are two "4-pin fan connectors." Are these intended for external fans? (I couldn't find any information about this online as well...)
