Astral 5090 Screen goes black for a few seconds while gaming

Hello,

I’m having an issue as described. Sometimes (not always) when I start playing a game, the screen goes completely black for about 3–5 seconds, but the sound continues normally. Then the display comes back and everything works fine. This happens occasionally, but it’s quite annoying.

I’d really appreciate your help in finding a solution.

My system specifications:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K
• Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming Z790 BTF WiFi
• PSU: ASUS ROG Strix 1200P
• Monitor: Samsung Odyssey OLED G80SD (S32DG80)

I would first try checking the proximity sensor settings are disabled on the monitor and report back.

I checked my monitor there isn’t any proximity sensor option

Update monitor firmware i had same but on G93SC.
