Astral 5090 Power Limit Locked to 100%

I am trying to set the power limit to 104% but on all tools its locked to 100%. I looked up the bios on ASUS site and it says the latest one is for quiet. What do I have to do to increase the power limit passed 100%?

I don't think that is going to be an easy option since your power cable is only rated for 600W and you have a 600W card you are not going to be able to tweak it higher unless you flash an XOC vbios.  of which i know little to nothing about.  If you exceed 600W you need to make sure you have the right cooling rig and proper current monitoring for your 12VHPWR cable.  Best of luck to you, you can get some better advice from some of the XOC folks, they can give you recommendations but most of those VBIOS files are pretty locked down because they are competative.

You need to enable further overclocking range within settings, or use GPUTweak III.

I would recommend undervolting over outright overclocking.
