After installing the card, I'm hating how the stock cable packed with the card looks in my system.
Just wondering if there is a better suggestion as I'm running an older version of the Corsair HXi 1500 psu. I know there's a corsair cable that is compatible but as my psu is only atx 3.0 with pcie 5.0, it screams out to me that maybe the Strix 1200w psu may be a better option, what with the dedicated 12v-2x6 connector and being atx 3.1 and pcie 5.1, plus it should future proof my setup.
Yes the new psu will set me back a few quid, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
Is a psu upgrade worth it in the long run, or should I just get a better cable.
