980 MATRIX safe mode button

Hello
I m wondering if the safe mode button lights on when I push it (nothing happened when push it the led don't light). The logo on card is always green (safe mode ) When I run cinebench or other benchmarks lights yellows or blue(medium-light loading). It is normal to light green or must be lights blue ?
I ask because I have some problems playing 2 games(WOT & COH2) with new PG278QR monitor on display and HDMI ports and I think that the card has problem.

After a responce from MasterC@Asus all issues fixed with this Nvidia driver: 387.92.
