My System:
5090
ROG X870E-E Gaming Wi-Fi
ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB Extreme OLED
AMD R7 9800X3D
G.Skill 6400MHz 32CL 64 GB (DOCP 2 setting)
Samsung 990 Pro 4TB
My BIOS and applications are up to date.
My Problem:
1) Sometimes when I turn off the computer, the bar gets stuck on the Windows shutdown screen while spinning and I have to turn it off by holding down the Power button on the case. It happens occasionally when I turn off all external devices and applications. I tried repairing the system files with DISM but it didn't help. There is no minidump.
2) It doesn't cause any problems in any game, but sometimes when I open Valorant, the computer locks itself while waiting on the home page, I have to reset it from the case. If I enter the game, there is no problem, it happens while waiting on the home page on game
. I also verified the game files but it didn't help.
When I test every component from OCCT, there is no problem, it is only a problem specific to this game. And it happens occasionally when I close Windows.
