5090 - Loses display and fans spin up to 100%

As the title states, has anyone had this same problem? 

I dosent matter if im playing anything, or just browsing.. Sometimes the card loses its display and wont turn it back on again, and the fans spin up to 100%. 

Not really sure what to do or where to go from here. 

I have a 5090 Astral OC LC.

Can you list full system specs, make sure to include the power supply.

Are you on the latest WHQL driver from NVIDIA (576.02)?

Specs:
MB - ASUS ROG STRIX X870-F GAMING WIFI
Ram - G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 - 32GB - CL30
CPU - 9800X3D
GPU - 5090 Astral OC LC
PSU - Inwin P130II - 1300W  ATX 3.0

Hope thats enough, and yes I did update to the latest nvidia drivers earlier today.

I tried to reseat the MB and the 12V HPWR connector and so far so good, no crashes as of yet.
