Hey got the asus strix 4080 and when computer is turned off got a red light on gpu is that normal?

Essentially the GPU is getting enough power to detect that it isnt getting enough power which isnt s surprise because its off. its got something to do with the standby state the motherboard is in that allows power to USBs etc... when off
I presume when you power the PC on the light goes off? this is because the card is then getting the proper amount of power delivered and is happy.
