3090 fan speed

hello, I wanted to clarify about fan speed Strix 3090oc in P-mode, the thing is that in "hard games" when consumed 400w fan spin up to 2300-2400 at a temperature 70 -71с, it is very noisy for me and I would like to know if this speed is normal for strix 3090? and should the card warm up to such temperatures with this fan speed?

I Have same temps and fan rpms also own an ROG STRIX 3090 OC.........

Well its getting a bit on the warm side at that point and has already passed two down clock thresholds.
Best cure........watercooling.
