Since I got my Rog Strix OC a couple of weeks ago, I've been modifying my case/card and tweaking settings like mad, so I can't say that I can duplicate a true "Stock" experience anymore. Also, since I play games with a 120 FPS framerate cap, not everything maxes out my temps. What I do have is 3DMark's benchmarks though. I have scores (with temps) from shortly after I got the card, and I have ones from tonight to compare against. I also have my undervolted scores and temps as comparison points.
Stock settings, Not sure which VBIOS, using air:

The fans had to run very loud to maintain these temps, so I rewired my case, removed unnecessary bits, and tonight, I removed the LED panel from the Strix OC card to try to improve airflow. These result in my idle temps dropping from the mid-40s C to the high 20s C when Nvidia Power management mode is set to Optimal. (Max Perf individually for all games.)
