Few days i ago i upgraded some parts of my hardware.
i currently have
- Maximus Z790 Hero
- i7 12700K
- Ryujin II ARGB
- 2x Trident Z5 16GB 6000MHz
- Strix 3080 gaming V2 OC LHR
- Samsung SSD980 (m2)
- Samsung 970 Evo Plus (m2)
- Samsung 980 QVO (2.5)
- Corsair TX 750M
the old parts i replaced were
- MSI gaming pro carbon
- 32GB Trident Z 3000MHz
- and some air cooler
Now ive got the problem that everything runs fine, except my GPU. The RGB parts light up, but the fans never spin, not even at startup. Ive connected 2x 6+2 for power. Windows and Uefi arent detecting the GPU. Nvidias GeForce experience also doesnt.
A friends founders 980 works in my PC. Im unsure how it broke as i work with the utmost care and precision. i had it out of the case for 4 days while i was waiting for a new case to arrive. i had it packed back into its original packaging and inside the anti static packaging. Is there anything else i could check before requesting rma?
