1070 08G Questions regarding Temps and gaming

Hi, and sorry if this have been up before.
I am soon going to buy Players Unknown Battleground about a week ago i ran a Heavens benchmark and hitted around 66 degress after 20 minutes, so my question is
will I hit around the same if the gpu is at a constant 99% usage or can i risk it will get over 70+?

Hi Akiro1337

I try to keep below 70c and if it does go over 70c you can set a fan curve to ramp the fans higher.

My ROG Strix 1070 runs at 62c at 99% usage with the fans cranked to 100%.

Well mine runs Auto in the TweakTool and it hits 66 with a max fanspeed of 47-48%

That's a great temp, you shouldn't have to worry about going over 70c as you have more cooling capability.

Well, just some more questions.
I have the HAF X Case, currently with this fan setup: Front fan 200 MM Intake, Side, 200 i mean Intake Rear is where my Seidon 120M cooler is mounted, and I am wondering will temps change a lot when I am going to buy a case such as P400S or?

No temps shouldn't change much.

I see the p400s comes with 1 front (intake) fan and 1 rear (exhaust) fan, you could always add a couple more fans if needed.
