I would say no.
The only possible Slot where you could put the raidr in is the last PCIe Slot. (The black one) Your manual says about the slot "at x4 mode, compatible with x1 or x4". The raidr is a x2 card.
3 possible things can happen:
-Raidr doesnt get recognized
-Raidr just runs at x1 what would kill her speed about 50%.
-Raidr works normally
to make that clear i would call asus directly.
The other way: sell your gtx 570s and buy one stronger card like the gtx 770. Then you could use the raidr in the second pcie slot.
