RAIDR Express and GA-X87X-UD3H

Hi,
I'm trying to install Windows 7 on my new raidr express and ga-z87x-ud3h motherboard.
at first, the raidr express wasn't recognized by the bios at all, neither in uefi mode nor in legacy mode, but my uefi win7 installation stick recognized the ssd, but i couldn't boot from it.
after installing the marvel driver on my old system, the raidr was recognized in legacy mode, and i could do an uefi installation with the raidr in legacy mode...
if i turn the raidr itself in uefi mode now, again, it's not recognized by my bios, in legacy mode, it's recognized as windows boot manager as it should..

so the system works, but in legacy mode, it takes 18sec. for the whole bios stuff to be done until the windows loading screen appears.
my old legacy installation was even faster 😕

so how do i get my raidr to be recognized by my mainboard when switched to uefi mode?

thanks in advance

Update:
I found out how to disable CMS (i needed to disable my graphics card for that).
So now that the ssd is visible to my bios, it can't boot windows 7.
I get the error 0xc000000d when i try to boot from the ssd, and also when i try to boot from my uefi win7 stick...
