RAIDR Disk Fail

Hello all

Have been using RAIDR Express 240GB for over a year.

Last week suddenly it starts to fail, and then disk 1 appears as offline disk.

Entered in Marvel bios utility and deleted all RAID and Virtual Disks... Now I can only see one physical disk, not two as supposed to.

Is there a way to recover the lost drive with a firmware/bios program/update? Tried already the latest firmware from asus site with no success.

If only one physical disk is detected in the Marvell configuration utility the drive will need to be replaced if still under warranty.

I´m trying to open a RMA to replace the drive but the ASUS registration page keeps telling me that my Serial number is wrong. Can you help me on this? Thanks

amigo que paso al final , mi disco raidr solo me reconoce 111 gb , estara roto , es problema de confiruracion , ¿ como arreglo su problema ? agradeceria su ayuda .
