Building Z890M with Ultra5 245K and Crucial DDR5 6400 2x16GB. Unable to boot/POST suspect Crucial DDR5 Memory is the culprit. This is DDR5 6400 MT/s 38-40-40-84 UDIMM kit, well within the specs but not technically on the QVL list. Have not had this problem on other motherboards in past (i.e. non overclocked DDR). DDR5 is lowest speed for Z890M/Ultra5 245K not overclocked. CUDIMM is not required is that correct? any other suggestions appreciated, now looking for equivalent specifically on the QVL.

Correct, CUDIMM isn't required. But so far, the new platform has been shown to be relatively sensitive to the RAM. So, it doesn't boot at all, even with the latest bios and without XMP?
