z890 hero sound card problems

anyone  use external sound card on z890 hero ? my really bad crash sound  my creative audigy 5rx work perfect on z690 z590 what's going on with z890 hero anyone know all drive up to date win 10 win 11 none of them work lord

All I might suggest is it appears Creative has not tested the card in Windows in a couple of years.  I am currently running version 26100, which is 24H2.

You might try running this command in a run box and see if the graphic created mentions that card.

perfmon /rel
