z890-E Gaming WIFI newbie first start preparations

Hi. So i just unboxed my board and reading all reviews from internet, YouTube and here at forum gives me precautions to find out what's the best way to avoid problems with firmware, memory modules, NVME instalation and actually everything.

My setup will be z890-E Gaming WIFI, Ultra 7 265K, CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6400 (PC5 51200), Corsair 1000w PSU, GPU.

How i got it the best way to do it i need to upgrade firmware before to do anything, without CPU+RAM and then install everything. Should i install v4 NVME at first spot under CPU slot? 

Any aditional precautions to avoid problems???

evet ilk önce anakar ın biosunu güncellemen ve m2 yi işlemci altındaki m2 yuvasına takman gerekir aynı kobinasyonu bende kullanıyorum herhangi bir sorun olmadı

 Does your SSD in under CPU M.2 slot is little lose  after instalation?

I put extra ruber in but looks isn't enough.
