Having a couple of minor issues.
Firstly, Fan control does not appear to be working correctly. I have CHA_FAN2 & CHA_FAN3 set to respond to T_SENSOR. The sensor is connected correctly, and is reporting a temperature in BIOS. However, when in Windows, as soon as I put the CPU under load, the fans spin up to 100% (I currently have a fan curve set for testing where it will hit 100% with the temp the CPU gets to under load, about 60 degrees).
The Temperature sensor is incorporated into my water cooling loop, and is reading in the mid-high 20's, so it's clear that the fans are responding to CPU temperature, and not the T_SENSOR reading.
Secondly,
For the motherboard lighting, I have attempted to use the options "Aura Off" and "Stealth Mode" for when the system is in its powered-off state. However, it does not work, it keeps reverting to "All On" as soon as you exit the BIOS. I shut down my PC, all lights are on. If I turn it on and go into the BIOS, it's like I never made the change to begin with - the setting just won't apply.
I have included photos of the BIOS for both problems, as well as HWinfo showing Max fan speeds, and a shot where you can see a coolant temp readout on my CPU block (This is obviously not the sensor that reports to BIOS, but it does match).
All the best.

Okay, Update.
It appears I have managed to fix the fan issue by installing the Fan Xpert components of Armoury Crate. I don't know why it wouldn't just read from the BIOS, but there we go. Something made me think that Armoury Crate may have been interfering with it, but I was a little surprised when Fan Xpert wasn't even installed. To me, this says that it SHOULD have been going off BIOS control, as there is no other fan control software overriding it in Windows, and that if it WAS installed, perhaps the fan profile within it was overriding it - that was my theory.
I have now installed it and set both fans to T_SENSOR, it automatically detected the fan curves I had set in BIOS. I have put the CPU under load again and the fans did not immediately ramp up. They only increased a little bit as the coolant started to warm up. MY PC is now lovely and quiet, just as it should have been to begin with.
Only remaining issue now is with the BIOS not saving the setting for the motherboard lights to turn off on shut down.
All the best.
