Win 11, 285K, mscorsvw.exe BSODs

Due to Intel's disastrous 13th and 14th gen failing CPUs, I had to rebuild my system with a brand new 285K. However, I have been battling with BSODs since I have replaced the Mobo and CPU. I have already completely replaced the RAM and tried a bunch of different BIOS settings. I have tried clean installs of Win 11 23h2 and 24h2 Pro for Workstations. I have the most up to date drivers, firmware and drivers for all hardware. The bluescreen always has the same caused by address in BlueScreenView and is usually a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD caused by mscorsvw. Any help would be appreciated. Seems like ram related. Try 2x ram or test one stick at a time.
