Hi.
I just recently bought a new PC and build it my self. My specs are :
Core Ultra 9 285
Asus TUF z890 WIFI PLUS
2x 32Gb Corsair Titanium DDR5 CL 32 6600MT
Inno3D GeForce 5080 RTX OC
I am having really big problems with XMP and RAM. First I had a 4x 16gb G Skill setup and I could not get the RAM to work in XMP . Well it did work @ 5600MT .
So I returned the RAM and bought the Corsair Titanium 6600MT CL32 DDR5 2x 32Gb kit. As I read that DDR5 and XMP and 4 stick of RAM really do not work that well. So now I really do not know what to do. I have a 2 stick kit of RAM and the PC boots only in none XMP mode and even then when I restart windows 11 it wont POST so I have to reset BIOS to be able to get it to POST. I got XMP working only 2 times with this RAM and that was in XMP II mode @ 5600MTs. I have the RAM in correct slots in A2 B2 as it is shown in the manual of the motherboard.
I read that too high of a pressure on the CPU from the AIO block can cause problems with RAM so I reseated the CPU and reinstalled the AIO block (BeQuiet Pure Loop 2) and that did not do anything.
I ran the Intel CPU diagnostics tool in windows to check if CPU is faulty and it was not. At the moment I am running MemTest to check for errors on RAM.... Really do not know what else to do.
Oh I am running the latest BIOS firmware version 1601...
Any help would be appreciated, suggestions are welcomed.

So what does this mean ? I checked under memory support if the Corsair Dominator Titanium 6600MT CL32 was supported and it is. It should run @ 6600MT easy. But It wont even run properly in JDEC mode and as I wrote I hat GSkill memory also and had almost same issue.
I ran memtest and it did not produce any memory errors.

Sure is voltage/setting related. Try manually rated speed but you must know what setting to alter not auto.
There is no such things of mounting pressure causes that. People just try stupid ideas, I don't believe them.

Thanks for the reply.
I managed to get it to work @5400MT stable with XMPII profile enabled. 5600 MT Boots but when I restart the PC it just hangs. Whatever is above 5600 MT does not post on any XMP profile. RAM voltage is 1.4 and its set in the XMP profile. If I play with it in manual mode and set voltage to 1.4v still does not boot. Only in 5400 MT it does.
As I wrote I tested the CPU for faults and it got none RAM past the memtest without errors is there any way I can test the motherboard ?

Your Asus TUF Z890 WIFI PLUS most probably has problems with XMP stability at 6600MT/s. Consider trying the XMP II, then manually voltage adjustment (1.35-1.4V), and keep looser timings. With increased the SA Voltage (~1.25V) if needed, and test at 6000-6200MT/s for stability. If the problem persists, rollback the BIOS or test another RAM kit. MemTest will confirm if the RAM is faulty.

Well .... Firstly thanks to everybody who replyed. Nice community .
I solved the problem. As I can remember when I got the motherboard 14days ago the 1601 firmware BIOS was a BETA bios and I updated the motherboard BIOS with it. Now I rolled back to 1404 version and everything works without a problem.
It runs at 6600MT it restarts normally and it just works . Wish I had this BIOS version before as I got me faster RAM before but okay. I am happy it works without a problem now.
Thanks again.
v1404 has a funny bug. Whenever I turn off onboard audio in the BIOS the system wont boot....
