Z890 Hero with 1203 BIOS and 285K. It works 'perfectly' after its initial boot (before entering Sleep mode). When resuming from Sleep mode, the performance drastically changes - processors getting strange throttling, no increases in temperature seen anywhere (30C before and after). Is there some way you can have the processor work 'perfectly' after resuming from Sleep?
And please fix the "I'm not a robot" expiry - it's annoying (interrupts my typing periodically to re-verify).
After system boot until before Sleep:
After Sleep resumes (and continues this way):

Hint on "fix": disable Speed Shift (keep SpeedStep on), disable Enhanced C-States, disable CPU C-states. Ideally, the throttling behavior would have originally worked the same when resuming from sleep without using this "fix".
With the power-inefficient "Fix" (after resuming from sleep):

Ultimate performance. Tried high performance as well. Remember, no settings changed between going to sleep and resuming. So in theory, I should get the same throttling before before sleep and after resume!

Just changing Speed Shift to "disabled" (with all else equal) provides consistent throttling behavior - before sleep and after resume. Not the case when it's enabled. Maybe a BIOS and/or processor bug?
