ROG Maximus Z890 Hero - XMP Issues

Hello -

I am having a ROG Maximus Z890 Hero motherboard with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K CPU and GSkill 6400MHz 4 x 48GB RAM. I'm trying to set up XMP, but the system won't boot and takes me into BIOS safe mode instead.

I'm running the latest firmware version and have tried all XMP profiles, including Intel and Asus, as well as reducing the frequency to lower speeds like 6000 MHz and 5600 MHz, but nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues, and if so, is there a resolution?

Just to add that the XMP works with 2 dims instead of 4 but not with all slots occupied. Tried to increase the voltage to 1.40V from 1.35V and still the same result, not booting.
