ROG Maximus Z890 Extreme 10Gb port dropping

My 10Gb port is dropping when I am syncing data between this system and my notebook or NAS.  I need to run Windows "Diagnose Network Problems" and choose "Restart the ethernet adapter" frequently.

@trickie69r my backups completed without issue overnight and everything between my NAS and other devices is running well.  Not a single drop since I implemented your settings.  My switch is showing full speed connections and Ookla Speedtest with my 1Gb ATT fiber is clocking in a t 1.25Gb both up and down.  Thanks for your help and recommendations.
