Hello, I have a computer with a ROG Z890 Maximus hero as the motherboard. When I try to open Roblox, it starts on the white screen saying "Roblox" and quits after 2-3 seconds.. this occurs with both Microsoft store version and web - downloaded version. I have tried to do a clean boot, run as administrator, and many other things. none have worked. Here are some important key info points:
- PC was bought from PC specialists (UK custom PC builder), parts are a 4080 Super, Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285K 3.70 GHz, 850W of power, 32GB of DDR5 RAM (corsair dominator, 2X 16GB). cooling is not a issue. I suspects its software but ill list the specs in case of background component apps interfering.
- Armoury crate is not installed. don't know if it should be, seen mixed opinions about it.
- And The PC is less than a month old, has always done this.
