ProArt Z890 latest BIOS is problem

BIOS 2201 is problem

When I update to this version complete. It show BIOS has been reset  and shutdown like update normally but no reboot and I try to switch off the PSU and on again I press power button but no power on it look like no power. I try to use BIOS back for BIOS 2201 is still no power on, BIOS 2006 & 1901 power on but not boot. The VGA LED still show and wait for long long time. I try to remove my graphic card and use iGPU it still show VGA LED not boot.

Are you combining two memory kits?

It shows your memory is sold in pairs of 2 x 16GB or 2 x 24GB. I don't see any 4 x 16GB memory kits.

I'd try this:

1) Shut down your pc and unplug the power supply cable.

2) Remove all 4 memory sticks.

3) Pair them up by the serial numbers.

4) Install one stick in the A2 slot (2nd slot from the cpu).

5) Press and hold the clear cmos button for 3 seconds.

6) Boot up your pc.

I think not about the memory. Before I update BIOS 2201 My pc is normally.

I try to remove 2 dimm of memory, change graphic card, remove graphic card to use igpu, Clear CMOS by push Clear CMOS button and remove battery, I try many time to flashback BIOS but still cannot boot up. Q-LED show VGA.

It's important your memory is paired up by the serial numbers, then install 1 memory kit (2 sticks) in the A2-B2 slots (2nd and 4th slots from the cpu). 

Since you get the white VGA led with both the iGPU and your RTX 4070, try different monitor cables (HDMI, Displayport), make sure your monitor is turned on or in stand-by mode.

Memory: I try to install only 2 dimm from the same kit to A2-B2
and VGA RTX 4070 I Try both HDMI and DP, GT1030 = HDMI and iGPU = HDMI
BIOS I think success because it show windows Complete and BIOS will be reset. In normally after update BIOS it show this windows and shutdown and turn on in a few minute but after I update it shutdown and not turn on. I wait and wait but not turn on. I push power switch  power supply button off a few minute and on, I push power button on chassis but zzzZZZ look like no power.
Now I try flash back to 2201 it can power on but not boot Q-Led show VGA led.

Take a look on the motherboard and look for a sticker with a bar code, the last 4 digits will be the bios version that was shipped with the motherboard.

Try installing that bios version and see how things go.

I update the first release BIOS on the sticker. But can't boot still show VGA LED. I think I will contact support on local.

3. 2201 is latest BIOS no more newer version
4. I will contact ASUS in my country for RMA support.
