Please Help - Z890-E Bios doesn't detect any bootable drives

Hello I just got a ROG STRIX Z890-E Gaming wifi MB

With a Intel Core Ultra 9 285K

I've updated to the latest Bios + ME to date already

So problem is that the Bios reads my SATA HDDs, but none of them appear in the Boot Menu

I can even access and see files on my HDDs from the ASUS EZ Flash menu.

And my Windows 10 is installed on one of my HDDs

I've already tried everything I could after researching online. Even tried changing to SATA Mode in the Onboard Device Configuration menu, and nothing.

I do have a 256GB SSD, and that shows up just fine in the boot menu, however I don't have Windows or anything installed on it. My HDD does.

Also in the Boot Menu there doesn't seem to be any CSM options to enable that, as I've read somewhere that is needed, and I have no idea how to enable it.

Is the new MB just favoring and programmed for reading SSDs only? Is there any way to boot up from a SATA HDD?

There is also NO CSM options in the BIOS settings. I have also cleared CMOS a few times. Nothing works!

I've included pictures to show:

Please help. All advice is welcome! Thank you!
