New Bitmap image.pngHello team, I also have a question regarding the compatibility of some products that I just purchased and should arrive in the next few days:

I'm talking about the ROG MAXIMUS Z890 EXTREME motherboard, ROG-STRIX-RTX5070TI-O16G-GAMING, ROG RYUJIN III WB White Edition, Intel Arrow Lake processor, Core Ultra 9 285K and this G.SKILL F5-9000C4256H24GX2-TZ5CK ram kit. I want to know if they will run at their maximum frequencies?

Thank you!

is not a freq. has to say CU DIMM  on the ram is a chip on the ram that make it.

the ram you select there is CUDIMM

Do not mix ram. if you want to do more ram you have to get another kid.

DO NOT MIX the words cudimm and 200 speed boost, those are 2 diferent type of ram unless stated so.

the only think that is important is board and cpu anything else is irrelevant.

If appear on the list as check that mean asus test that ram. ALSO IMPORTANT also is luck but should work.

Do not expect so much performace on those high clock ram vs a good 8000 cl28 1,40 intel boost ram.

Make sure you are using the last known bios first install windows have all set updated (w11) drivers etc and then ONLY then at the end activate the xmp.

Thanks for the information, this surprised me because I saw many comments about it crashing. I'll come back with more details when I assemble them.

I have Asus Rog Strix z890-e gaming Intel 285k corsair dominator titanium ddr5 8200 48gb 40.52.52.112 bios ver 2006.  For now I am running stable. It's been a lot of trial and error. We will see what the refresh brings for stability and performance. For my board I would not go above 8400 memory. I would like to try GSKILL 8400 udimms when the refresh comes out. Would like to see lower latency. If Intel can make there refreshed 300 series faster and work with lower latency memory gaming would be great. I am running a AMD 7900xt graphics card.
