Cant register Z890 gaming-f

Keeps saying invalid serial number, but I have entered it a dozen times and its not a typo.  what gives?

Had the same problem with my 890-F but it eventuality went through. It seems if you don't have a problem with your set up then you won't get a response.  There is no such thing as a stupid question  only those that are stupid not to ask.

Thanks, I stopped trying to register it, couldnt seem to find any help and as you said, nobody bothered to help.  But I did go back and after another 30 attempts over the past week it finally took.  I scanned the QR code to be able to see the zeros and oh's.   Same number 30 + times before it finally took.
