Asus Rog strix Z890-E new bios update 2006

Hi, I just updated to bios vers 2006 and enabled S200 Boost for my corsaire 8000 memory and it now seems to work. It always Bsods after boot up to windows. I am very pleased for my latency was like 95ms and now 84ms. Game frames are higher and my windows experiance is more stable. Hopefully this will be the last bios update for a while this is my 7th update. I hepted thinking my memory was going bad even though it passed all the memtests. Hope this will help others get stable with there 8000+ memory.

2006 Bios as also allowed me to hit stable 8000 MTS and so far a stable 200s boost on my Extreme board.

M2 drives still not as fast as expected but at least it now works.  A full day spent Gaming and multitasked like browsing and Youtube and it didn't crash. 1901 Superboost or XMP would create random unexplained crashes, youtube vid left alone in 4k would usualy crash 30+ mins in.

Thanks to devs/programmers clearly onto something now with the Bios updates.

@dviper42 Do you mean you get bsod on every windows boot after bios update or not anymore ?

I am kind of confused, i want to update but i wont if that's what happens.

I have no bsods now but Doom dark ages locks up once in a while. Hogworts runs great.  I have had one auto restart when I walked away. I think it's windows update still needs tweaked.

Went from 1901 version to this last 2006 and stability is way better especially on "older" games like BF2042 with afterburner, almost 0 stutters now and the game still didn't crash, let's see in a few weeks but it's smoother for now.
