I'm using the latest beta BIOS 1602 and I'm currently have 3 issues:1. WiFi will disconnect for a period of time after the computer is turned on. 2. The USB WAP device of the wireless keyboard will also disconnect and recover. 3. Random mouse stuttering.

Yes, I have also had both Wi-Fi disconnection issues, and Ethernet disconnection issues, also all USB ports will die and then recover, the PC is pretty much unusable presently, I have freshly installed Windows, Scan /SFC returns no errors but multiple’error setting traits on provider’ error 28, all drivers and Intel ME updated, absolute nightmare

Sounds like your motherboard is defective. RMA it.

After many days of testing, I found out why I had this problem. It was caused by memory-related instability, including DRAM Clock/Timings, Ring, NGU, D2D, etc.

I finally set

DRAM 8000 C34-46-46-120 - DRAM VDD/VDDQ 1.5V

NGU Ratio 30 - SA Voltage keep Auto (In BIOS show Voltage 1.18)

D2D Ratio 30 - VnnAON Voltage keep Auto.(In BIOS show Voltage 0.78)

I had previously applied ASUS XMP Tweaked to set NGU Ratio 32, D2D Ratio 32, and was able to pass the test using TM5 or YC. I thought it was stable, but I didn't expect these problems to occur.

Or don't update to 1602 and find a way to a previous BIOS flashback, see if things change.

Everything working flawlessly on 1602 here. Z890 Maximus Extreme, 285K, 96GB G.SKill 6800MHz.

Which kits exactly are you using?

That's a lot of APEX 😅

Worth pointing out that there’s no Taichi on the list.

For my RAM situation, 8200 failed Karhu after an hour on 1602, 8400 on 1401 has been passing for over 80 minutes now, I’ll see how far it goes—but could you please let the engineers know that RAM stability starting with 1501 got worse on the Extreme?

Edit: 8400 on 1401 fails as well, just takes longer

Edit 2: Karhu failed after 7 minutes running BIOS default settings in 1601. Is my motherboard or RAM cooked? @Silent_Scone

You're not on the Apex? Sorry, thought you were. These speeds will be tougher in that case. 8200 - 8400 is nothing to scoff at on 2DPC...
