Hello,

I have installed the last bios 0812.

When i try to disable the aura effects and go to save and restard, the sceen freezes and is unresponsive. I have press reset button.
I was able to make other changes without problem.
Is it a known bug?

I'm looking at the PRIME Z790-A WIFI support page. Is that the right model?

If it is, then I was going to suggest making sure that you updated the ME Firmware, but looks like it is still 16.1.25.2020v2 (same as last BIOS release)
Z690 Hero, BIOS 3401, MEI 2345.5.3.0, ME Firmware 16.1.30.2361, 7000X Case, RM1000x PSU, i9 12900K, ASUS TUF OC 3090TI, 2 x 16GB Corsair RAM @ 5200MHz, Windows 11 Pro 23H2, Corsair H150i Elite AIO, 4x Corsair RGB fans, 3x M.2 NVME drives, 2x SATA SSDs, 2x SATA HDs.

That seems strange, but good that you solved it. Always nice to get a problem sorted.

I had bad memory problems with the prime z790-a wifi 0812 bios, graphical glitching in Calisto Protocol when tabbed out and the game still running in a window on stock XMP2 profile, and lots of memory errors within 5 minutes if setting my previously heavily tested (OCCT, memtestx86) small memory overclock based on XMP2 with Hynix M die. I reinstalled 0809 and back to completely stable, with no errors on the same overclock again, I would stick to 0809 and hope the next release after 0812 is better.

You cannot roll back from the new 1003 bios, so this is a big worry for keeping known good overclocks from 8009
