Has anyone tested it yet?
Is it good?

Did Asus fix Windows Power profiles? I mean extreme CPU throttling issue in Windows 10 after C1E state are enforced.

55 indicates no memory installed. If it’s intermittent, this often indicates an issue with the mount [of the CPU]. It has nothing to do with physical DRAM memory banks, I’m not sure why you’re referencing this as it doesn’t make sense in the context you’re using it

The memory is seated. Ive tried one stick, two sticks, banks 1 and 3, 2 and 4, 1 and 2, 3 and 4, etc. After installing the ram the first time it took around five cycles for the motherboard to configure itself well enough to even post. Its the same issue with updating the bios. I had the z690 hero before this board and it was the same exact experience.

As above, it's more often than not CPU pin-pad contact, not memory. You need to evaluate this also. Exact same experience of getting q-code 55 on an entirely different system would lead one to believe the problem is not the board at all.
