Hi i have this MB paired with a i7 13700K when i use intel Default Profil i get higher cpu temps around 90-95°C and more Vcore.... When using the Asus profil and set limits my self aswell as a -vcore offset 0.0750 the cpu stays cooler so what is the way to go or is there something wrong in the intel profil?

No, there is nothing wrong. Intel's new recommendations for loadline is typically higher that what board vendors have been applying.

As a result, following Intel’s instructions leads to higher core voltages, especially under load, compared to what users were accustomed to. This is because motherboard vendors had set the LLC lower than Intel's recommendations to provide users with lower temperatures while maintaining high performance.
