[Z790 HERO] Wake-on-LAN (WOL) not working when PC is switched off

Hi everyone,

Recently, I upgraded my PC to i9-13900k and Maximus Z790 Hero (BIOS version: 1303), but I'm struggling to get Wake-on-LAN (WOL) working when the PC is switched off. When the PC is in sleep mode, it works without any issues. I have followed all the tutorials and manuals to set up the UEFI and Windows correctly. My Network Ethernet Controller model is Intel Ethernet Controller I226-V (driver version: 2.1.3.15).

UEFI settings edited:
ErP Ready: Disabled
Power On By PCI-E: Enabled

Network card settings - Energy management
Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power: Ticked
Allow this device to wake the computerr: Ticked
Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer: Ticked

Network card settings - Advanced settings:
Energy Efficient Ethernet: Off
Wake on Magic Packet: Enabled
Wake on Magic Packet From S5: Enabled
Wake on Pattern Match: Enabled

Any help is much appriciated.

I don't use wake on LAN, but I'd tempted to try changing the settings as follows:

Worth a try I guess. See if that helps.

Unfortunately, it hasn't resolved the issue.
