Hello @dimisate ,

A loaded question, however, you can refer to the motherboard memory QVL for maximum qualification.

For better success in achieving "plug and play" overclocking, consider memory kits that are one to three frequency bins below the motherboard's maximum qualification on the QVL. The higher the frequency and tighter the timings, the more likely manual tuning might be needed to adjust for signal variance between parts.

I'd recommend going for a 2x24GB 7200MT kit.

the 32 gb memory kit with frequency 7800-8000 is to much ???

Will require a more than reasonable IMC and some understanding of the platform voltages. For a better chance of "plug and play", consider a lower frequency.

I'm using a gskill trident z 6400MT cl32 an it's perfectly fine, never had problems with training anb for the increased cost, not worth it

yes but some others say sweet point for 13900ks is 7200 -7800

Here's some data collected in FarCry 6 at 1440P Ultra, which is particularly latency sensitive.

The table is % gains over 4800MT with board controlled timings.

where is this data come from?
