I didn't see anyone mention this. But starting 1402 and now 1501, the USB 2.0 Header is now working during the boot and bios.
In the past, older bios 1303 and below, when ever i plug in my keyboard and mouse to USB 2.0 header. The keyboard and mouse would not work during booting... inside bios.. and would display keyboard not found during booting. The work around was plug it in usb 3.0 in the back. Which i hate to plug in 2.0 device into 3.0 port. with 1402 and above, someone finally fix it. I can now plug my keyboard and mouse into usb 2.0 header.
